Our Support Network consists of peer to peer counselling, outreach services, mentoring and drop in conversation cafes.

We believe self care and discover should be available to all which is why we offer all our services and classes on a sliding price scale!

Our Pay it Forward program gives community members the ability to make services are accessible to all. Give the gift of self care!
